DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
- Acceptance of Terms
Services offered by Pixomea are provided exclusively under the conditions defined below. By accessing or using Pixomea, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Description of Services
Pixomea is a cloud-based platform that allows users to manage rendering workflows, submit jobs, distribute jobs across connected machines, and monitor progress in real time.
Submissions and Quotas
Pixomea provides limited job submissions based on the active plan. Free and Pro accounts are subject to separate quotas, including jobs per month, machine limits, storage capacity, and per-task upload size, as displayed on the Subscription page. Data submitted by users remains under their sole responsibility. Pixomea may modify quotas and limitations at any time.
Storage and Retention (Cloud / AWS)
User data (including source files, renders, previews, and logs) are stored within the limits of the plan’s storage quota. Storage is provided through cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). Pixomea may delete cache, temporary files, and outdated or excess data, especially when quotas are exceeded or jobs are completed and sufficiently aged. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
Hosting
Pixomea relies on third-party hosting providers, including Amazon Web Services, to deliver its services. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure security, reliability, and availability, Pixomea cannot be held responsible for outages or disruptions caused by hosting providers or external network conditions.
Rendering Jobs and Tracking
Users may submit rendering jobs within their plan limits. job status, logs, and progress indicators are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on system load, queue conditions, node availability, and network performance. No fixed rendering time is guaranteed.
Uploads System
Pixomea provides upload systems that may include direct uploads, resumable uploads, and multipart cloud uploads. Upload limits, formats, and sizes are defined by the user’s plan. Files may be checked for integrity, type, and compliance, and may be refused or deleted if they are corrupted, malicious, illegal, or exceed allowed limits.
Groups and Team Features
Pixomea offers group and team features allowing collaboration and shared access to jobs and assets. Access is role-based (e.g., owner, manager, member), and permissions vary accordingly. Group owners are responsible for the actions of their members and for respecting plan limitations.
Search and Discoverability
The platform may provide search features that index user content and metadata based on visibility settings. Search results may be incomplete, delayed, or cached. Pixomea is not responsible for third-party content referenced through external links.
API Access
Pixomea may provide API access for integrations. API usage may require authentication tokens and is subject to rate limits, quotas, and fair-use policies. Users are responsible for securing their API credentials. Abuse or misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
User Content and Responsibility
Users confirm that they hold all necessary rights to any content they upload or submit. This includes all project files, assets, and related materials. Pixomea is not responsible for user-generated content or any violations of third-party rights.
Security
Pixomea implements reasonable security measures to protect user data and accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and must report any suspected unauthorized access.
