  • DESCRIPTION OF PLANS
    • Pixomea offers paid subscription plans providing access to extended rendering capabilities, resources, and platform features.

      Each plan includes specific limits and features as displayed on the Subscription page, including but not limited to:

      - machine quota (number of connected render nodes);
      - monthly job submission limits;
      - storage capacity allocated to the account;
      - maximum upload size per job;
      - supported file formats for input and output;
      - supported rendering engines and software integrations;
      - maximum rendering resolution;
      - access to rendering outputs (images, frames, animations);
      - job download limits and access to generated files;
      - access to advanced features such as API usage, team collaboration, groups, or history tracking where applicable;
      - availability of Pro-specific benefits such as badges, priority processing, or extended quotas.

      All features, limits, and capabilities are defined per plan and may vary depending on the selected subscription.

      The platform reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or remove any features, quotas, limits, or plan structures at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

      Users acknowledge that plan features are provided as described at the time of purchase and may evolve over time as part of the continuous improvement of the services.
  • PRICING AND TAXES
    • Prices for paid services are displayed on the platform and may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the user’s country, legal status, and provided billing information.

      Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes, including value-added tax (VAT) or other local taxes, will be calculated and added at checkout based on the user’s location, residency status, and applicable tax rules.

      For individual consumers (B2C), VAT will be applied according to the country of residence.

      For business customers (B2B), VAT may not be applied where a valid VAT identification number is provided and verified, in accordance with applicable reverse charge mechanisms and tax regulations.

      All prices are expressed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Currency conversion, where applicable, may be handled by payment providers or financial institutions and may include additional fees outside the control of Pixomea.

      Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information, including VAT or company details where applicable.

      Pixomea reserves the right to update prices, taxes, or billing structures at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

      In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical issue affecting displayed prices, Pixomea reserves the right to cancel or refuse the affected transaction.

      Pixomea shall not be held responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or charges imposed by local authorities or financial institutions.
  • PAYMENT AND BILLING
    • Payments for paid services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, the user authorizes Pixomea and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees using the selected payment method.

      Pixomea does not store full payment credentials such as credit card numbers. All payment information is handled directly by certified payment processors in accordance with applicable security standards.

      Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information at all times, including name, address, and, where applicable, VAT or company details. The user is solely responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information.

      Invoices, receipts, or billing records may be generated electronically and made available through the user account or transmitted via email.

      If a payment cannot be processed for any reason, including insufficient funds, expired payment methods, declined transactions, or technical issues, Pixomea reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate access to paid services without prior notice.

      Pixomea shall not be held responsible for any additional fees, charges, or currency conversion costs applied by payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.
  • SUBSCRIPTION DURATION
    • Paid plans grant access to Pixomea services for the period specified at the time of purchase. The subscription becomes active upon successful payment and remains valid until the end of the defined subscription period.

      Access to paid features, storage, quotas, and associated services is strictly limited to the active subscription period. Pixomea does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability during this period.

      At the end of the subscription period, access to Pro features, storage, and associated services will automatically expire without notice. The account may be downgraded to a free plan, and applicable limitations, restrictions, or reduced quotas will apply immediately.

      Pixomea does not guarantee the preservation of data, storage capacity, or access to files beyond the active subscription period. Users are responsible for managing their subscription duration and for downloading or backing up their data before expiration.

      No compensation, refund, or extension will be granted in the event of expiration of the subscription period.
  • RENEWAL
    • Subscriptions offered by Pixomea are non-recurring and grant access to paid services for a fixed period as specified at the time of purchase.

      The subscription becomes active upon successful payment and remains valid until the end of the purchased period. At the expiration date, access to paid features, storage, quotas, and associated services will automatically terminate without any further notice.

      No automatic renewal, recurring billing, or automatic charge is applied. Users must manually purchase a new subscription if they wish to continue accessing paid services.

      Upon expiration, the user account may be downgraded to a free plan, and access to certain features, storage capacity, or resources may be restricted, limited, or removed in accordance with the applicable plan limits.

      Pixomea does not guarantee the preservation of data, storage availability, or service continuity beyond the active subscription period. Users are responsible for renewing their subscription in a timely manner and for backing up any data before expiration.

      Failure to renew a subscription does not entitle the user to any compensation, refund, or restoration of previously available features.
  • NON-PAYMENT AND CHARGEBACKS
    • In the event of failed payment, declined transactions, expired or invalid payment methods, or any inability to process payment, Pixomea reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate access to paid services, without prior notice.

      Users are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information at all times. Failure to do so may result in interruption or loss of access to Pro features, storage, and associated services.

      In the case of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated through a bank or payment provider, Pixomea reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account, without refund.

      Any abusive or fraudulent use of chargebacks, including attempting to obtain services without payment, may result in permanent account suspension, restriction of future access, and, where applicable, legal action or recovery procedures.

      Pixomea also reserves the right to block the creation of new accounts or subscriptions associated with users involved in payment disputes or fraudulent activity.

      Any outstanding amounts owed to Pixomea may be subject to recovery actions, including the use of third-party collection services where permitted by applicable law.
  • REFUND POLICY
    • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

      Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
      If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

      However, by purchasing a subscription and gaining immediate access to digital services, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully or partially used.

      As a result, no refund will be issued if the service has already been accessed, used, or consumed (including job submissions, storage usage, or API access).

      Non-refundable cases
      No refunds or credits will be issued in the following cases:
      - partial usage or unused time of a subscription;
      - expiration of a subscription period;
      - suspension or termination resulting from violation of the Terms of Use;
      - misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity;
      - change of mind after access to the service has been granted.

      Chargebacks and disputes
      Any abusive refund request or chargeback may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

      User responsibility
      Users are responsible for reviewing plan features, limitations, and pricing before completing a purchase.
  • ACCESS AND ACCOUNT USE
    • Access to paid services is strictly linked to the user account that completed the purchase and may not be transferred, shared, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party without prior written authorization from Pixomea.

      Each account is personal and intended for a single user or a defined team structure where explicitly permitted by the platform. Any attempt to share access credentials, distribute usage across multiple individuals outside permitted use, or bypass account limitations is strictly prohibited.

      Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including passwords, API keys, and any authentication mechanisms. Any activity performed under the user’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the user.

      Users must ensure that all account information, including billing details and contact information, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

      Pixomea reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of unauthorized use, suspected account sharing, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

      Pixomea shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from the user’s failure to secure their account or maintain accurate information.
  • SERVICE AVAILABILITY
    • Paid services are provided subject to system availability and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Pixomea does not guarantee continuous uptime, performance, or availability of the services.

      Temporary interruptions, slowdowns, or degradations may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes, security measures, system overload, or factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party providers (such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, or network services).

      Pixomea reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the services, in whole or in part, at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

      Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, no service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee is provided.

      Such interruptions, degradations, or unavailability shall not entitle the user to any compensation, refund, credit, or damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
  • MODIFICATIONS
    • Pixomea reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue pricing, subscription plans, features, limits, and these Terms of Sale.

      Such changes may include, without limitation, adjustments to pricing, storage quotas, usage limits, available features, or billing conditions.

      Changes will not affect subscription periods that have already been paid and are currently active. Any modification will apply only to future purchases or to new subscription periods.

      Pixomea may provide notice of material changes through the platform, user account notifications, or other reasonable communication methods. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

      If the user does not agree with the modified terms, the user must stop using the services and may choose not to renew or repurchase a subscription.

      Pixomea shall not be liable for any impact resulting from changes to pricing, features, or service conditions.
